What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most customized projects have a standard MOQ of 10,000 pcs. All glass dropper bottles can start from 5,000 pcs. Airless bottles are normally 10,000 pcs, although two selected models may support a 5,000-piece first order.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Stock samples have no product charge and the customer covers shipping. Custom samples are USD 200 and normally take 12–15 days.
What is the typical production lead time?
Standard production time is normally 30–35 days, counted from receipt of the customer’s 50% deposit.
Do you offer eco-friendly skincare packaging options?
Available directions include PCR, selected mono-material structures, refillable systems, sugarcane-derived materials, glass, and paper packaging. The suitable option and supporting documentation depend on the selected product and target market.
What skincare packaging customization services do you provide?
We offer comprehensive customization including: spray color finishing, screen printing, hot stamping, metallization, gradient effects, glossy/matte finishes, hydrographic printing, and mold development.
What transportation options are available?
We offer Sea Freight (LCL/FCL), Air Freight, and Express delivery (DHL/FedEx). We can also handle DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping directly to your warehouse.
