Start with an existing LumLun model when it matches the project. If the required shape or structure is not available, new mold development can be discussed as a separate route.
- Confirm capacity, material, component structure, and the closure or dispensing system.
- Coordinate color, logo, artwork, and finishing requirements before sampling.
- Use the approved product and project specification as the production reference.

Production, Assembly & Quality Checks
Production and assembly are reviewed against the approved product, color, artwork, decoration, and project requirements before packing.
- Check visible components, decoration placement, and agreed appearance requirements.
- Review production against the approved sample and confirmed specification.
- The brand, formulator, or filler remains responsible for testing with the actual formula.

Protective Packing & Shipment
Cartons, dividers, protective layers, and palletization are selected according to the packaging structure, quantity, and shipping route.
- EXW is the most common arrangement for LumLun projects.
- FOB, CIF, DDP, sea freight, air freight, or express delivery can be discussed by project.
- Import customs clearance is normally handled by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

What information is enough to start?
A LumLun product link, reference image, preferred capacity, estimated quantity, color, finish, or artwork file is enough to begin. We can then narrow the suitable packaging direction.
What is the standard MOQ?
The standard MOQ for customized projects is 10,000 pcs. A higher model-specific MOQ shown on a product page takes priority for that exact product.
Are samples available?
Yes. Stock samples have no product charge and the customer covers shipping. Custom samples are USD 200 and normally take 12–15 days.
What is the normal production timeline?
Standard production normally takes 30–35 days after the approved project specification is confirmed and the 50% deposit is received.
Does LumLun fill or test my formula?
No. LumLun supplies packaging products, samples, and specifications. The customer, formulator, or filler is responsible for formula compatibility, filling, sealing, dispensing, and finished-product testing with the actual formula.
What shipping and payment arrangements are available?
EXW is most commonly used. Sea freight, air freight, express delivery, FOB, CIF, or DDP can be discussed according to the destination and project requirements. The customer normally handles import customs clearance unless another arrangement is confirmed. Production timing begins after the agreed project specification is approved and the 50% deposit is received; remaining payment terms should follow the confirmed quotation or sales agreement.
