The outer wall is made from PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), providing high transparency and impact resistance at roughly half the weight of PMMA acrylic alternatives. The inner cup, piston, and pump head are PP (Polypropylene) — the material with the widest chemical compatibility in cosmetic packaging, safe for both water-based emulsions and oil-rich balm formulas. This jar is not recommended for water-thin liquids such as toners or micellar water, as the piston seal requires a minimum viscosity to maintain vacuum integrity.
