Product Overview

This 200ml and 300ml PP lotion bottle uses a disc top cap — a flat, push-open closure designed for body lotions, body washes, and conditioning rinses where single-hand dispensing matters. The cap sits flush when closed and opens with one thumb press.

The bottle body is Polypropylene (PP) — low moisture absorption, stable against dilute surfactants, mild acids, and alkalis. Compatible with water-based and oil-in-water formulations. For high-ethanol or undiluted essential oil products, compatibility testing is recommended before tooling.

Produced on a pure OEM basis — bottle color, cap color, and surface decoration are defined at sampling. MOQ: 10,000 units per colorway. Pre-production samples are standard for first orders.

Bottle and cap colors are matched to Pantone references independently — they do not need to share the same shade. Both are confirmed through physical color samples before production.

Eight surface decoration processes are available: spray color coating, silk screen printing, hot stamping, vacuum metallization, gradient effect, glossy finish, matte finish, and hydrographic printing. Print placement and logo size are reviewed against your artwork (AI/PDF) during sampling.
