Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

1. B2B Transactions

LumLun operates exclusively as a B2B supplier. All transactions are subject to our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 10,000 pieces per SKU unless otherwise agreed in writing。

2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All design drafts, custom molds, and printing artworks provided by the client remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client. LumLun strictly guarantees the confidentiality and non-disclosure of these assets prior to the official launch of the client's product。

3. Quality Approval (PPS)

Mass production begins only after PPS approval. We guarantee bulk shipment consistency within industrial engineering tolerances (0.5% defect allowance)。

4. Payment & Cancellation

Standard terms: 50% deposit; 50% balance after QC and prior to shipment. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once mass production is initiated。

5. Force Majeure

LumLun shall not be liable for performance failures resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including power failure, supply chain disruptions, or natural disasters。

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of LumLun Packaging。

7. Response Guarantee

Our project management team provides a 24-hour response guarantee for all professional inquiries from global beauty brands。
