CUSTOM COSMETIC PACKAGING
Center-Dispensing Cosmetic Tubes
A center-dispensing tube places the product outlet in a centrally operated dispensing cap rather than relying on an ordinary open screw neck. The actuation mechanism and outlet geometry should be specified as part of the complete tube design.

Review the confirmed center outlet
A rotating top and a centrally placed outlet describe different aspects of the assembly. Use the existing model's photographs and technical specification to verify how its tip and cap operate; it is not a conventional flip-top tube.
Keep size and material precise
The documented 40mm twist-top PE tube covers 80–125ml options. That model-specific range should not be presented as a universal diameter or capacity range for all center-dispensing packages.

Send the exact SKU, intended use, capacity, rotary or tip requirements, decoration and forecast quantity.
Key structural requirements
- Identify the actual center outlet and whether the cap operates by twisting or pressing.
- Compare the complete tube neck, closure and outlet assembly as a matched part.
- Check tube dimensions, sealing method and formulation dispensing compatibility.
Buyer question
Is a standard screw cap the same as a center dispenser?
No. The location of the opening and how the dispensing system actuates are distinct design properties.
Discuss your packaging brief
For center-dispensing squeeze tubes, provide the intended formulation, preferred tube diameter or capacity, the central dispensing opening and how the closure should operate. Add decoration requirements and estimated order quantity. Include the exact model link when one is selected so the quotation can match its tube neck, rotary or press actuation and outlet geometry instead of assuming a standard screw-cap assembly.
